How It Works
Please read this section in its entirety before placing order.
General Overview
We sell by the quarter, half and whole. We will deliver to the processor and you will be responsible for paying the processor. Currently our processor is located in Crockett, Tx. Contact us for delivery and pickup options.
Step 1
Order Placement
You may order online or contact us to place order. Estimated delivery/pickup date can be seen on the products page.
Step 2
Processor
Processing fees can be found on the product page. We do our best to accomodate specific requests. We will send you a cut sheet about a week before the processing date. You can see an example of the current cut sheet here. Half and whole beef can choose their choices freely, quarter beef may be subject to selection of the other customer. We will contact you ahead of time if there are conflicts with your selection.
Step 3
Delivery/Pickup Day
You will receive a text or phone call confirming estimated delivery or pickup time and address. If you are picking up we will be in contact with estimated pickup time. We recommend firing up the grill at least 20 minutes prior to estimated delivery time : )
