Currently we cannot ship products. However, we encourage you to visit back as we hope to be able to ship sometime in the next year.

How long will the beef last in the freezer?

About 1 year.

How much freezer space do I need?

Estimated freezer requirements are 12 cubic foot per quarter cow.

Do you sell smaller quantities?

Currently the smallest amount we can sell is a quarter. We encourage you to check back with us regularly as we plan to be able to sell smaller quantities within the next year.

What type of cows do you sell?

All of our cattle are black Brangus. Similar to Angus, the Brangus are better suited for Texas weather.

Are the cattle grass fed?

All of our cattle are grass fed and grain finished. We've found that the added fat gained from grain finishing the cattle result in a better tasting meat for most palettes.

How much does the beef cost per pound?

Not including the processor fees it works out to $5.75-$6.75 per pound. Including processor fees our beef is $7.50-$8.50.

Are the cattle humanely treated?

Absolutely. We respect the land and the animals. We encourage you to view our gallery or videos to get a better picture of how the animals are treated.
